About
Danilo Garcia Di Meo (1989) is a italian social-documentary photographer, filmmaker and digital retoucher.After graduating from Arts High School and Academy of Fine Arts, he started a freelance profession in full.
Currently he collaborates with the international press photo agency AGF, associations and cooperatives, especially in the social issue.
Collaborates with the photojournalism association Witness Journal. He takes part in Sky Arts Master of Photography 2019. In 2020 is co-founder of the creative agency CMD Factory.
Di Meo’s corporate works include clients as Sony, Coca-Cola, Ferrari, BMW, Tommy Hilfiger, Ray-Ban, Guess, Calzedonia group, Corona, Starbucks, Ikea and more.
His projects has allowed him to receive several international awards as the Gran Prix and for three times the first place at “Andrei Stenin International Press Photo Contest”, “Moscow International Fotography Awards”, “Tokyo International Fotography Awards”, “Documentary Family Awards”, “Premio Guido Orlando – Peppino Impastato”, “BìFoto”, “VOHH – Voice of Human and Hope” and have been exhibited at many festivals worldwide including Moscow, Berlin, Bruxelles, Dresden, Budapest, Glasgow, Tbilisi, Athens, Cape Town, Chittagong, Mexico City, Istanbul, Shanghai, Ljubljana, Krasnodar (Photovista), Indian Photography Festival, Rome, Milan.
His work has been published in international and national magazines including: l’Espresso, il Venerdì, la Repubblica, Donna Moderna, Huffington Post, il Manifesto, Internazionale, Corriere della Sera, Elle, National Geographic.it, Ria.ru, Uncertain States, Russia Beyond Headlines.

Danilo Garcia Di Meo (1989) si occupa di fotografia sociale, video e fotoritocco.
Dopo il Liceo Artistico e l’Accademia di Belle Arti, si dedica full time alla professione da fotografo freelance.
Attualmente lavora con l’agenzia fotogiornalistica AGF, associazioni e cooperative, soprattutto in ambito sociale.
Collabora con l’associazione di fotogiornalismo Witness Journal. Nel 2019 è selezionato da Sky Arte per Master of Photography. Nel 2020 è co-fondatore dell’agenzia creativa CMD Factory.
